Founded in 2018 by Darren Metz, a lifelong entrepreneur, Luxeterra is a real estate investment and development firm which also provides capital to growing businesses. The name “Luxeterra” is inspired by the Latin phrase “lux et terra” meaning “light and land.” The company name and logo reflect Darren’s passionate appreciation of both the built environment and natural landscape. The inspired vision of the firm is to participate in thoughtful, creative destruction, new construction and historic preservation to optimize the beauty and functionality of our spaces.
