Our clients include Australian expats living overseas, owner-occupiers who travel at least 6 weeks a year (or have a second residence) and investors looking for a higher annual yield than they would receive from long-term leases. Unlike AirBNB and other online travel portals, LUXICO exclusively holds the keys to the homes we offer, assist owners to prepare their home to our ‘Guest Ready’ standards, meet and greet guests on site and provide internal housekeeping services to ensure a consistent standard of presentation across all our homes.
