The company was founded in 2007 by the property entrepreneur Nic Stoyanov. LUXIMMO quickly gained popularity initially in its home country, becoming the favourite property advisory to wealthy and famous people.
In 2009 we extended our portfolio with prestigious properties from Greece and formed exclusive partnership with the leading real estate network in Northern Greece/Halkidiki.
In 2012 the company started its expansion abroad, by opening its representative office in Moscow, Russia.
In 2013 we signed exclusive partnerships with top companies from Italy and Spain, entering the local markets in the named countries.
Today LUXIMMO runs extensive network of more than 50 local agents in various countries around the world. Our main focus and clientele of Buyers comes from Eastern Europe, Russia and the Middle East.
