We are a global link to share know-how with every stakeholder of the football world supporting gender diversity. Our congress, Leadership Congress for Women in Football, has become an international reference forum. Our Mission: Work in diversity, to transform and promote change through innovation, inclusion and education. Our Vision: Inclusive and integrative vision of equality, where men and women work together. To contribute to the growth of good practices in football and get to transform it, we offer the following services: - Meeting Day: National and international day-events, meetings and conferences, about leadership, gender equality in sports and the importance of the diversity in the field, as a key success. - Mentoring Program: Addressed to women and men willing to participate actively in a new social transformation phase leading to diversity in football. - Consulting Services: We do consulting services for those interested in launching or improving their projects related to our mission and vision.
