It creates a learning experience which makes people feel motivated and confident to apply what they’ve learnt in real life. How to reach these results? This success relies on 3 components: design, pedagogy, and technology. At Lyadis we have developed a specific design method that allows us to create effective and impactful e-learning training. At Lyadis we have developed a process to create eLearning modules based on: • A sophisticated graphic design • An educational conception stemming from the neurosciences • The most adapted technologies. Our aim and will are to provide high-end digital contents by bringing Education and Graphic Art closer together. This method along with our multicultural approach has attracted large international companies which today trust us to create all of their eLearning modules and their adaptations in other languages. To face these major projects, we have structured our organization through 3 interrelated departments: Arts, Pedagogy and Innovation. Our modules are highly interactive and use the best of motion design, video shooting, drawing, 3D and illustration. This guarantees a high level of attention and active engagement on the part of the learner. We know that the major difficulty is to break the isolation of the learner during his learning session, so it is particularly important to offer the learner an immersive and interactive experience. The other very important point is to transmit a know-how via a digital content, in a stimulating and pleasant graphical environment.
