Since 1927, we have been producing and processing potatoes from our growers into starch. What began as an association to promote starch production has evolved into a company where tradition meets innovation. We are an economic association with around 500 members in southern Sweden, including approximately 350 growers who are both owners and suppliers of our high-quality starch potatoes. Together, we are building a future grounded in the rich soil of Sweden. Our proud history fills us with humility and a strong desire to continue developing. We look to the future with the ambition to ensure that upcoming growers can continue cultivating starch potatoes and preserving our heritage. Our business has two areas: Lyckeby – starch and Culinar – flavor. We develop innovative solutions that combine starch with flavorings and other functional ingredients to meet the specific needs of our customers and consumers. We have a strong international presence, with subsidiaries in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic and China. Through our distributors, we’re able reach even more markets worldwide.
