LYFE Ltd. (Live Your Future Experience) is a social enterprise with a vision for a passion driven New Zealand workforce. Our aim is to create a workforce of confident, adaptable individuals, equipped with transferable skills who navigate their career pathway with resilience and passion to reach their full potential. We want to build bridges between the workforce and Millennials to empower and support them. To achieve this, we provide exposure and guidance to young people, help them make more informed decisions regarding their future career and degree. LYFE facilitates workshops, work-shadowing opportunities and professional/university mentorship for high school students in partnership with businesses and various industries. The programme mitigates indecisiveness and ensures that students start thinking and caring about their life choices at an early stage, therefore increasing educational and employment efficiency.
