Through his inspiration and drive, a Grade II listed Georgian Manor House has been imaginatively restored into a Luxury Country House Hotel for the 21st Century.
Located in the heart of Devon on the foreshore of the tranquil Exe estuary, Lympstone Manor has 21 individually designed bedrooms and is accompanied by a fine dining restaurant serving Michael’s renowned cuisine.
Within just six months Lympstone Manor was awarded a Michelin Star and later became a proud member of the Relais & Chateaux Collection.
17,500 vines were planted in May 2018 amongst the house and the estuary to produce classic Champagne-method sparkling wines for guests to enjoy at Lympstone Manor.
The latest addition of the Pool House Restaurant and Bar offers a unique outdoor heated pool experience set within the grounds of this luxury 5-star hotel.
