Located in the heart of Devon on the foreshore of the tranquil Exe estuary, Lympstone Manor has 21 individually designed bedrooms and is accompanied by a fine dining restaurant serving Michael’s renowned cuisine. Within just six months Lympstone Manor was awarded a Michelin Star and later became a proud member of the Relais & Chateaux Collection. 17,500 vines were planted in May 2018 amongst the house and the estuary to produce classic Champagne-method sparkling wines for guests to enjoy at Lympstone Manor.
