Lynnette Edmonds founded her consultancy in 2013 to continue her passion for career consulting, recruitment, and talent management while leveraging her extensive experience in people and culture. Previously, Lynnette spent nearly nine years at Edelman as Head of People Australia, where she made a significant impact in shaping HR strategies and supporting talent development.
In January 2021, she shifted her focus to collaborating with purpose-driven individuals and organisations. During this time, she had the privilege of working as Manager to 2021 Australian of the Year, Grace Tame, and overseeing speaking engagements for Rebecca Prince-Ruiz, the Founder of Plastic Free July. She also partnered with businesses committed to creating meaningful change in their industries.
In December 2024, Lynnette relaunched LE Consulting to provide tailored recruitment, HR, and coaching solutions to empower businesses and individuals alike.
