ABOUT ME
I believe everybody, male and female, has the right to feel good, inside and out, and this is why I promote healthy nutritional choices alongside a regular exercise regime.
I specialise in strength and resistance based training for aesthetics / fat loss and muscle building which has stemmed from my own background in bikini fitness competing, after I went through my own weight loss transformation, which you can see in the images opposite.
I am very keen to educate all my clients during our sessions or via online communication and I will always put my clients first. Being a PT, in my opinion, doesn’t just stop at the same time your session ends. I provide continuous whatsapp / email support for clients and nutrition plans and training plans.
