They run the largest broadband radio network of France encompassing also optic fibre and copper. They have also deployed several radio network loops in Africa. Having gained considerable knowledge and experience throughout their extensive French local network, R’LAN came to develop a specific technology in video surveillance. It was first destined for urban solutions, as early as 2003. To answer the demand of emerging markets in communications, a new entity was created under the name of R’LAN Defense & Security. It offers easy to set-up, cost-effective, remote-controlled, adaptable on-shore or off-shore, solutions. LYNX SYSTEM, as new concept, has the ambition to become a reference in critical site surveillance.
