Hosted annually in a different European city since 1992, the EuroGames® stand as the largest inclusive amateur sports event in Europe, celebrating diversity, particularly in terms of disability, sexual orientation, and gender identity. The primary objective is to provide a welcoming and "safe" space for everyone to come together and practice sport. The EuroGames® whose license is held by the EGLSF, "European Gay and Lesbian Sport Federation," are open to all who embrace the values of inclusion and diversity and support participation in sports, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, or sporting level.
The city of Lyon had the honnor to win the organisation of the EuroGames in 2025 from the 23rd to the 26th of july. More than 4000 athletes coming from all over Europe and beyond are expected, with the support of 800 volunteers, in 35 sports in competition and parasports, opening and closing ceremonies...
The EuroGames Lyon 2025 will be a HIGH time to celebrate diversity in sport.
