At Lyric Management, we believe that people have the best chance to succeed when they have the right training and skills for the work they want to do. We provide professional services and support for people and groups who want to grow and improve meaningful training, professional events, and personalized guidance and support to enable their success. Lyric Management offers the following services: - training and coaching in project management - project and event management in scientific and health care research - career coaching and development - consulting on research management and leadership - grant proposal and report review, editing, and facilitation We offer a series of workshops and webinars in project management, covering scope, time and cost management, as well as project team development, budgeting, and leadership essentials. For project and event management, we have experience managing large scale projects, and in organizing and delivering conference and seminar events. For the past 10 years, we have managed the organization and delivery of the annual Terry Fox Research Institute BC Node Research Day in Vancouver. For career coaching, we work directly with individuals looking to enhance their management and leadership skills, as well as with those looking to make a change into research management. For grant facilitation, we work with institutions and research teams to align work to opportunities, enhance proposals and reports through review and editing, and consult on development and implementation of review and evaluation processes.
