The main focus of the Leptek-Terv Landscape Architecture Studio is open space design but the office engages in architectural projects concerning all areas of landscape architecture. Besides projects carried out in cities, the firm places special emphasis on the preservation and development of smaller settlements, playground design as well as the protection and rehabilitation of historical gardens and landscapes. Given the strong ties landscape architecture bears to society in general, it is the conviction of the founding members that a landscape architect plays a significant role in uniting communities, he is an artist as well. Therefore the firm’s activities are not strictly focused on planning but on other social activities as well including, participating in bee hotel development, volunteer work, arts, literature as it strives to create value and think within community frameworks.
