After over a decade of doing that within one organisation I have set up M² People Development to offer organisations of all sizes the opportunity to give something back to their people. We can help you create or enhance your teams’ personal development merging pragmatic, engaging training with neuroscience, psychology and coaching. Our approach is simple: find out about your business and how it ticks, identify the improvements you are looking for and then work with you to develop a solution. There are lots of different ways we could do that, as a guide it might include: • Coaching & Mentoring – setting up mentoring and coaching programmes in your organisation and providing one-on-one coaching and mentor/mentee training courses. • Workshop facilitation and training delivery - helping people to identify their development areas and learn new skills, focussing on management & leadership skills together with interpersonal skills. • Personal Development Planning - increasing self-awareness through psychometric testing, personality profiles, 360 feedback and one-to-one personal development planning. • Psychometric Testing & Development Centres - I am accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS Test User (Ability and Personality)) in various instruments aimed at testing ability or understanding personality, including MBTI, NEO PI-R, 16PF, FIRO-B, WAVE and various 360 feedback instruments.
