Having considerable experience in the industry, we could see how providing a steel fabrication service to customers could be improved upon. We pride ourselves on putting the customer first to establish expectations and needs, we then issue fixed price quote before we commence any order. The price we quote is the price you pay. We will also work with you to try and establish the cheapest and most appropriate solutions. We offer a full mix and match service, which you are invited to take advantage of any or all of the services. We provide needs analysis and specification, a design and 3D CAD modelling service, sheet metal section processing, conventional machining and then finally Fabrication and Welding to complete the product (s) you require. All of our products can be supplied in paint, powder coat or galvanised finish to your wishes. Our Processing capacity includes: Sheet Metal Shearing to 12mm * 2500mm; Sheet Metal Folding up to 160 tonnes; Sheet Metal Rolling to 1800mm long and 6mm thick; Plasma Cutting to 12mm thick; 85 tonne hole punching, bar, solid square, angle and flat shearing to 400mm and 20mm thick; Conventional machining capacity. From a single part to a bespoke design and fabricated product, including special purpose machinery, and any other fabricated or machined product. We've been involved in a host of industries and have extensive experience in them. Including Foundries, Recycling, Manufacturing, Food Processing, Warehousing, Green Energy Generation, Construction and a whole other range of industries. Our customers, large and small, range from general public, small companies, National, and International Companies and Brands, including household names. We can take you job or project, big or small and take it from idea to delivery with you totally in the loop and integrally involved at all stages.
