Company "M - Tehnika, d. d.," was founded 11.08.2011 as an independent legal entity owned 100% by Mercator, d. d. The company has a network of 93 retail units and together with the entire administration employs 1,157 people. VISION • To become the largest retailer in South Eastern Europe in sales of products for the home, "do it yourself" , construction and other technical products • We will develop a stable sales network and create conditions for further growth in targeted markets where we can realistically achieve significant market share • Marketing objectives will be achieved also by taking over the competitive companies in our branch, • In stand-alone development and specialization we will also pursue mutual synergies - economies of scale to the rest of the Mercator Group.
