About Us M&A Advisory Services was founded in 2019 by Cleive Dumas, a former senior executive who spent 10 years with another M&A firm doing extensive work on both the buy and sell side of acquisitions. Our History Mister Dumas founded this company because he saw a need in the M&A space for seasoned former sales, marketing, general managers and presidents to better represent both buyers and sellers. Our Approach We believe the best way to help a buyer or seller is to have strong team of former operating executives that understand how businesses run. This allows us to screen potential candidates quickly and determine a valuation range that will be acceptable to our clients. In order to assure a project is successful, expectations of the seller or buyer are addressed in the very beginning to assure alignment. Because of our operating histories, we can quickly get to the key issues that need to be addressed prior to presenting a potential company to a client. This allows us to save our client valuable time. Our expertise is in the $5-$75 million revenue market.
