M.C. 'WICHES

M.C. ‘WICHES was founded in 2009 by a group of hungry friends with entrepreneurial spirits and the idea to create a restaurant that mirrored the spirit of Detroit. So they opened ‘WICHES, home of the Detroit style sub, a sandwich loaded with all scratch made ingredients and a QP of meat - a tribute to the hard working people of the city. Today, our ‘WICH Warriors hustle harder in the kitchen than most fine dining establishments, and certainly harder than all of the other sub shops in town. Every ‘WICH is completely homemade starting with 3 types of bread baked daily, 7 handcrafted sauces, and 8 different meats all smoked/roasted in-house. The Warriors even rock out fresh baked cookies everyday including the infamous S’More’Yo. For our vegan and vegetarian friends, we source veggies daily and chop them ourselves to ensure quality, ripeness and freshness. Gluten-ites are also welcome! We have a GF protocol and prepare ‘WICHES on GF Schar bread in a designated area of our kitchen to avoid cross contamination. Like Detroit, ‘WICHES is a genre of it’s own, hoping to promote greatness by filling bellies with incredibly tasty food and providing a space that inspires and fuels creativity.
