As founder of an entrepreneurial business we built it to be the market leader, before successfully exiting and then continuing to run and further expand the same business as part of 2 different, multi billion dollar/euro global companies. I work with CEO’s, Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Senior Leadership Teams across a wide variety of industry sectors. I help them unleash their potential, increasing profitability, equity value, effectiveness and just help them enjoy (re-enjoy) their journey.This is achieved by helping senior leaders become laser focused on their vision, values and strategy, gaining wider stakeholder buy-in and leveraging anything and everything that you have the power to control to gain the advantage. ADVISOR – HOSPITALITY While my Coaching and Mentoring work sees me work across a diverse range of industry sectors, the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Business Tourism and Cultural Destinations sectors are a natural stomping ground and I am happy to advise in this niche area. NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR I enjoy the challenge of developing, adding value and giving new insight into a business and always happy to consider a selected number of NED roles.
