Management & Development Consulting Inc. (M&D Consulting) aims to promote positive human development that integrates an equity perspective in development programmes and fosters people- focused management. It was created by Dr. Manoncourt, a retired UN official who currently works as a senior management and development consultant. M&D Consulting is composed of a team of international, multi-disciplinary associates who are experienced management and programme experts who are ready to provide technical assistance and support services globally to non-governmental organisations (NGOs), international development agencies and private sector companies working on development-related issues. We pride ourselves on engaging professionals with extensive field experience who are culturally sensitive, attuned to on-the-ground realities, and recognized professionally among their peers. M&D was officially incorporated and registered in the State of Nevada, USA in 2011 and currently has a satellite office in Paris.
