M&E Factory was founded by Christine Hamza and Angelos Sanopoulos in 2015 in Sofia and in 2017 in Vienna. M&E Factory is a consulting company working in urban and regional development, European Territorial Cooperation, and monitoring and evaluation of public interventions. Its founders have more than 20 years’ experience in urban and regional development implementing, monitoring and evaluating cohesion policy and EU-funded programmes. M&E Factory experts have been involved in numerous ETC assignments: implementing projects, evaluating project proposals submitted in ETC programmes, and providing technical assistance services to Managing Authorities in drafting, monitoring and closing ETC programmes. Andreas Resch just recently joint the company. M&E Factory works closely with an expert network with expert in all EU members states.
