Through structured standards, formal accreditation, and practical support services, M-IFS enables employers to demonstrate genuine commitment to inclusion.
Our tiered framework recognises employers who meet evidence-based criteria across six core areas:
• Prayer Accommodations – support for religious, cultural, and philosophical practices (e.g. prayer/reflection spaces, ablution facilities, flexible breaks)
• Religious Observance Provisions – flexibility during fasting periods, retreats, or holy days
• Inclusive Leave Policies – annual leave for religious festivals or extended observances (e.g. Eid, Diwali, Hajj)
• Dietary Considerations – inclusive catering policies (e.g. halal, kosher, vegetarian, vegan)
• Events & Workplace Culture – inclusive event planning, respectful social activities, diverse dress and travel policies
• Leadership & Organisational Commitment – training, faith-aware leadership, representation, and long-term tracking
Accreditation levels range from Standard to Platinum, reflecting maturity and impact across all areas.
M-IFS is aligned with the Equality Act 2010, Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED), and broader DEI and ESG goals. It supports both public and private sector organisations in delivering measurable social value.
