М.К.3 company was founded in 1994. M.K. 3 has two departments: 1) Architecture and Engineer Bureau 2)Project Management. We are 22 years old and we have done more 140 projects, 102 of wich realized. Among our projects could be found the “Renault-Avtotramos”, “Renault-AvtoVAZ” factories in Moscow, office and production complex “Toyota-Motors” in the Moscow region, business centers in Moscow – “Romanov dvor” , “Mohovaya”, “Znamenka”, luxury apartment building in the North-Eastern district of Moscow, the Moscow office and warehouse of “Toyota Motors”, hotel “Hyatt” in Yekaterinburg and many others. We have projects in central Russia: the Volga region, the Siberia and the Ural. М.К.3 company realized a lot of projects of multifunctional shopping centers among which commercial complexes "OZ" Krasnodar(200 000 м2), "Aquarel" Volgorgrad (120 000 m2), "Planeta Novokuznetsk" 120 000 m2, Chelyabinsk, Samara, Moscow. Our founder Robert Maldonado is not only businessman but also an engineer. We appreciate mental capacity and ability to forward new solutions. Our employers are certificated by auditors BREEAM.
