Spices, spice blends, additives, phosphates, flavours, proteins and protein blends, liquid smokes, marinades, sauces and curing materials as well as artificial casings and other types of processing aids and our self-developed M Flavor coated artificial casing product-line are available within our product range. Vegan products, sustainable products, clean label products.
M Profood Zrt. also runs very intensive export activity.
As part of our enlargement process our powder-mixing plant was built in 1996, where M Profood Zrt. manufactures quality spices and additive blends for the meat-, poultry- and dairy industry. The plant is continuously expanding.
In 2001 a newly built development laboratory and a pilot plant were launched, which provided appropriate background and modern circumstances for the R&D works, and where the products can be tested under industrial circumstances.
Due to continuous developments, the conditions of production, storage and transport are in accordance with the most advanced industrial requirements.
M Profood Zrt. applies the strictest hygienic procedures during the whole process: since 2001 we have been working in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and HACCP quality assurance system, from 2016 we have been working in accordance to FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System.
By now M Profood Zrt. has gained an important role in the Hungarian and international food industry as a producer and distributor.
