Founded in 2014 by collector Lin Han, M WOODS is a new contemporary art museum at the heart of Beijing's 798 Art District. Open to the public and housed in a former munitions factory from the 1960s, M WOODS represents a new kind of global not-for-profit arts platform in China, staging exhibitions for major international artists while building a unique program of artist residencies, public lectures, and art publications.
