M.D. Sassi Company (MDSC) is a global professional CPA services firm offering a broad range of advisory services (which include accounting and auditing, tax,corporate finance, transaction advisory, human resources, real estate, litigation support, systems, outsourcing and assurance), focused on serving rapidly growing businesses. MDSC has a domestic and international team of approximately 200-300 personnel with 20-30 offices and affiliates around the world. The network of firms is based on the same concept as the large international firms, such as Ernst & Young or PricewaterhouseCoopers, with regional office management and ownership and global affiliation. Michael Sassi is the global managing principal for the national and global affiliate network. Locally, we have 50 people in two offices and eight principals.
