With over 25 years experience in the non-profit and IT sector Marco Spee can be described as a people manager who functions best on the intersection of people, operations and commerce.
He has led various sales, IT services and projects teams. In addition to a commercial goal, the goal was often the design, implementation and realization of improvement- and change plans in order to increase sales, quality and customer satisfaction.
