MaaSec is the official ACM Student Chapter at Maastricht University, dedicated to fostering a strong cybersecurity community among students. Based in Maastricht, Netherlands, our chapter brings together computer science students with a shared passion for cybersecurity, Capture the Flag (CTF) competitions, and the development of practical, technical skills.
We provide a platform for students to explore real-world security challenges, collaborate on open-source tools, and engage in hands-on learning through workshops, research, and competitive events. Our mission is to promote a security-first mindset and to support the growth of the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
