Co-founded by Dr. George Wang and Dr. John L. Xu in early 2017 and located in the International Medical Park, Pudong, Shanghai, Mab-Legend Biotech Co., Ltd. is built upon the mature CDMO technology platform of Mab-Venture Biopharma and focuses on the discovery, development and commercialization of innovator biologic medicines, including monoclonal and bispecific antibodies and antibody-drug conjugates, for the treatment of cancers, inflammatory and autoimmune disorders as well as cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Based on a deep understanding of the disease biology, we choose genetically, epidemiologically, or pharmacologically validated and tractable molecular targets for antibody discovery and strive to develop either first-in-class or best-in-class therapies for the world-wide markets, with the goal of easing suffering, saving lives and improving life quality.
