Mabrúka specializes in making high quality handmade and sundried spices in Tunisia for the Nordic cuisine. Our production follows the old techniques in North Africa where we do all the process from scratch by ourselves and without involving any industrial machines. We provide a range of authentic, homemade and clean products without any added substances. Our clients are fine restaurants and also high quality retail stores. We are very proud to say that we pick our raw materials straight from farmers where we get fresh seeds and plants to sundry and use to make our spice products. Mabrúka stands for women empowerment and social impact that´s we work towards building a bridge between the North African and Nordic cultures.
