Mac Aid had been providing quality Mac support since April 2004. Based in Melbourne, we primarily service clients in the Melbourne metro area, but we have clients as far afield as Brisbane, Perth, Sydney and even in South Africa.
With an average age closer to 40 than 20, our staff have life experience and business experience as well as technical skills.
Mac Aid can go onsite anywhere in the Melbourne metro area. We also provide remote support, and increasingly we find that more and more can be achieved this way, leading to a faster, convenient and low cost resolution.
