Equity Placements MAC has established an extensive track record of equity placements, and has closed almost $2 billion of financings since the company’s founding in 2010. MAC has procured equity capital for rental apartment, for sale condominium, home building, existing apartment buildings, and multi-asset portfolios. Construction Financing MAC is a recognized leader in debt and equity placements for ground-up construction financings. At any given time we are in the market with multiple transactions, constantly identifying new capital sources. MAC works on a wide variety of deals, from urban to suburban and from $10 million to over $150 million in size. Debt Placements MAC’s debt practice includes the placement of senior construction and permanent facilities for our clients.
