As a family we specialise in working with businesses that are looking to bring in outside investors; quite often for the first time, as they seek to find flexible-term equity capital and resources, including management support where required. This allows the businesses we invest in to focus on their core activities, whilst supporting their communities and delivering growth. As a family, our unique approach alleviates the pressure of having to partner with traditional private equity firms that tend to look purely at bottom line results and immediate IRR’s. As such our investments are fundamentally different from that of other private equity firms.
