About MACH - Military Aviator Coalition for Health

The Military Aviator Coalition for Health (MACH) is a collaborative alliance composed of over a dozen veteran aviator nonprofit organizations. As an all-volunteer coalition, MACH is dedicated to advancing health legislation, advocating for improved policies within the Department of Veterans Affairs, education of the force, and raising awareness of the critical health challenges faced by active-duty and veteran military aviators across all branches of service. These health concerns include cancer, high-G repetitive strain injuries, autoimmune disorders, vibration-related injuries, and other service-related conditions. Currently, MACH is focused on advocating for the Aviator Cancer Examination Study (ACES) Act, a crucial initiative aimed at addressing cancer causes within the aviation community.
