Incorporated in March 2007, Mach IV provides site planning, site/civil engineering, stormwater management, environmental consulting, wetland delineation, land surveying, and construction management services to public sector clients, design professionals, construction managers, land developers, and general contractors throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest. Detailed construction drawings and explicit project specifications are developed to ensure qualified, accurate contractor bids are received and project cost overruns are minimized. At the onset of each project, Mach IV assembles the design team based on the design team members’ experience/area of expertise and the project needs. Mach IV implements a peer review quality control process on each project. Project reviews are routinely performed by the Project Manager with input from team members at the 30%, 60% and 90% project completion phases.
