Machine Vision and Artificial Intelligence Lab

Machine Vision and Artificial Intelligence (AI) lab is a research center focused on the development and application of computer vision and AI technologies. The primary goal of our lab is to conduct research and development in computer vision and AI and integrate these technologies into Pakistan's industrial applications to help industries transition to Industry 4.0 practices of leveraging machine learning and big data for achieving intelligent manufacturing. Our lab focus areas include image and video analysis, object recognition, pattern recognition, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and robotics. We aim to develop new algorithms, models, and systems that enable computers to perceive, understand, and make decisions based on visual information from the real world. Our purpose is to improve the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of computer vision and AI systems, and make them more useful and accessible for Pakistan's industrial applications.
