We are based in Drayton, Abingdon Oxfordshire. Founded as Excel Precision Engineering in February 1998 by Neil Tyler. We have been trading as Machining Technology (Mach-Tech) Ltd since 29th October 2004.
We support companies in and around Oxfordshire to design, develop, manufacture complex parts to very high specifications and quality. We have the flexibility to do one-offs, small, medium batches and volume manufacturing. We work closely with our customers to ensure there is a open line communication at all times.
We support innovative and experimental engineering designs and will always have the customer's best interest at heart.
The Mach-Tech quality system is fully ISO 9001:2015 accredited and our metrology department includes a state of the art programmable coordinate measuring machine. We have a fully integrated Production Control Software System (PSL DATATRACK) and this affords us the ability to provide 100% traceability of the product manufacture from quote stage to delivery. We can provide all relevant documentation to support customer specific Document Control Requirements. We are accustomed to having visitors by appointment and showing off our manufacturing facilities.
We pride ourselves on supplying 'right first time, every time'.
We invest time, resources and funds to providing training and personal development to all staff members. So much so that we have staff members with over 25 years service history.
We invest in new technology and machinery continuously to improve our extensive capabilities and skill set.
