Mackay MMA is a Mackay based Martial Arts Gym. We train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu(BJJ), Thai Kickboxing (Muay Thai), Boxing and Strength and Conditioning for both adults and kids. Mackay MMA is one of Queensland and Australia's premier martial arts clubs. Mackay MMA was established in 2012 by Chief Instructor David Garnham. David is a BJJ Brown Belt under UFC Lightweight Veteran Anthony Perosh. David Garnham started teaching BJJ, MMA, and Thai Kickboxing at the Mackay PCYC in 2010 and has since opened Mackay MMA as a full-time training facility. Toni Garnham introduced a functional fitness program in 2012 and has helped many members achieve their goals. Toni is also a martial artist and the driving force of the team.
