Founded in 1960 by Italo (Ody) Mackin, Mackin Engineers & Consultants has proudly served clients across Pennsylvania and the surrounding Tri-State area for more than 65 years. While our foundation is in civil engineering, we’ve grown into a multi-disciplinary consulting firm offering services in traffic engineering, landscape architecture, planning, and more. Today, our work is guided by CEO Zach Olawski and President Bill Harris, PE, CBSI, who lead a team of experienced professionals dedicated to creating lasting value for our clients and communities.
