Like most consumers, he didn’t know that 85% of leather goods are tanned using chromium salts, which not only pollute our earth, but consist of toxic chemicals that can cause or aggravate skin allergies. Mack couldn’t find any 100% vegetable tanned leather gloves that really fit the bill when it came to his riding needs. Hence, Mack of Mack.
