MacLeod Developments is a property development company. We specialise in the sensitive restoration of Victorian listed buildings as well as creating contemporary urban schemes. Since we were founded in 1985, the company’s philosophy has always been to create high quality homes with the best possible craftsmanship, imagination and attention to detail. Small plot opportunities: Building new homes on an individual plot, either buying it from the current owner, or developing it with the owner Restoring run down buildings: creating beautiful homes from any major building, not necessarily listed Project Management: Managing the entire build/renovation project on behalf of clients, from the initial design through the planning process and to the finished home Student Accommodation: Creating a portfolio of suitable investment properties for second and third year students in various locations Strategic Land: Working in partnership with existing landowners, close to urban areas, to enable and facilitate planning consent in the next 20 years
