Each bottling is purposefully selected, guided by the simple belief of introducing genuine, high quality wines to ma cuisine guests for their enjoyment. the wine menu draws on Anthony’s and Mathieu’s deep and personal histories, established relationships and growing connections with winemakers from all over the world.
