To stop global warming, we must reduce waste and greenhouse gas emissions from what we build. Madasters look at waste as materials without an identity, and buildings as material banks. We use building information to analyze the materials' circularity, greenhouse gas footprint and financial value, and give them an identity through material passports for the buildings.
