While originally focused on traditional Korean Milestones, we are continuously expanding and are branching out to more universal designs that keep the same level of detail and quality. Besides striving toward the highest standards of designs, we also provide our clients with high-quality balloons made in the USA to enhance the event experience. PopFestCo is an all-woman and minority-owned small business located in Southern California. We aim to bring our clients luxurious balloon garlands that come in easy-to-assemble DIY Kits! Our design team personally curates each of our unique collections with the use of professional-grade, double-stuffed balloons- that create our striking matte color collection. Here at PopFestCo, our mission is to provide easy-to-use high-quality materials in order to bring our growing client base a little extra joy to every celebration!
