MadebyLight is a design alliance dedicated to advancing lighting culture. We specialize in lighting design and the development of design methodology tools. Our realistic modeling empowers our partners to make well-informed decisions—independently or with our guidance—not only in lighting but also in architectural and interior design. We also focus on developing a database-driven methodology to improve efficiency and minimize errors in the CAD design and data processing stages of lighting design. Our current research explores regenerative lighting design and its role in global regenerative processes. We explore how our expertise can contribute to regenerative thinking and action within communities and what this approach means for artificial lighting. To bring this vision to life, we engage in co-researching, co-working, co-learning, sharing, partnering, and transforming together.
