The WNC: Made By Mountains Partnership tells the stories of how people, companies, and communities have all been shaped by the mountains we call home. A program, brand and storytelling vehicle born of the Outdoor Gear Builders of WNC, Mountain BizWorks, and the NC Outdoor Recreation Industry Office with support from the Appalachian Regional Commission and Dogwood Health Trust, WNC: Made By Mountains celebrates and builds a stronger sense of pride in our region, our people, and the extraordinary outdoor recreation industry and outdoor culture that these mountains have made.
