We partner with local volunteers, families, and referral agencies to assemble and deliver birthday boxes filled with party supplies, gifts, and personal touches. Our mission is simple: to spread joy and show every child that they matter. Founded in 2025, Madison Birthday Boost continues the spirit of the former Box of Balloons – Madison Chapter with a renewed local focus and long-term vision.
