Madison displays premium branded content on the primary home screen of a user’s Android device, allowing the user to engage with ads and offers as they navigate between apps. Below the ad sits a feedback toolbar, which helps Madison learn user preferences and allows our brand partners to target customers based on both contextual and behavioral factors. In exchange for access to such premium mobile real estate, Madison rewards users with Google Play credits to purchase apps, music, and other digital goods. Madison content receives click through rates, on average, 6x better than the industry average for mobile display ads. In our most recent user test, the engagement rate per ad (pressing the Like or Dislike button on our feedback toolbar) was 47.8%, and the average first impression click through rate was 8.5%.
