Our organization, Madison Pacific Properties, is a San Diego based Real Estate Brokerage Company founded in 2002 by Broker Celynn Mercado. The initial name of the company, Mercado Realty has undergone a recent name change and has now become Madison Pacific Properties. Although the name has changed, the excellent level of customer service provided to our clients and family remains unchanged and continues to be our top priority.
